The Majestic Chalk Cliffs of Mon Klint, Sydsjaelland Denmark.
We visited the The Majestic White Chalk Cliffs of Mon Klint, Sydsjaelland Denmark, about 1.5 hours drive from Copenhagen (South of Denmark). The white cliffs are the landmark of Mon, over 100m high, the white chalk cliffs with the green beech wood on top tower over the Baltic Sea.
This is really a paradise for tourists, nature lovers and stone collectors alike.
We have to walk down thousands of wood steps in the remarkable natural forests of Denmark's first national park, to go to the cliffs coastline....took us almost 20minutes to reach... and 30 minutes to climb up again....

Fun in the Sun at Amager Strandpark
We took Afiq to the beach to keep his mind off his abah who is overseas. It turned out both of us had lots of fun dipping in the water and playing sand.
A little later Sara joined us and we had wonderful time building sandcastle and I was buried in the sand by the both of them

Aquamarine Junior a.k.a Aspiring Mermaid
One of my favourite movies of all time is Aquamarine (of course HSMs are still the best!!).
I always envy Aquamarine as she's such a beautiful mermaid ( I wouldn't want the flapping tail though). Anyhow this is the closest I'll get to becoming a mermaid anyway, hee hee hee.

Strawberry Picking Adventure
We were driving along for some nice countryside views when we stumbled upon a strawberry farm near Ledoje, Smorum. We quickly went in and just look at what we came up with

Undoubtedly, these have to be the most sweetest, reddest sunbathed strawberries I have ever tasted. No strawberry from a grocery store's plastic carton could possibly compare with the taste of freshly plucked ones!! Yummy

There were also new patatoes and peas to be plucked but we did not have time for those. Needless to say, we would have to come back for more!! We also looked around the apple farm and managed to snap few photos along the way.

New Elephant House at Copenhagen Zoo
We went to check out the newly opened elephant house and was impressed by its spaciousness.
A heated floor mimics a section of dry riverbed where elephants can rest and maintain healthy feet out of mud or water. Water pools, mud holes and shading objects also allow them extra comfort and recreate their habitats. It was designed by Sir Norman Foster, architect of famous buildings such as Swiss Re, Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank and Chep Lap Kok Airport.

A truly delightful day in Tivoli
We visited Tivoli Amusement Park which I have been wanting to set foot on ever since we got here. A wet afternoon did not deter me from trying all the rides (except the ones meant for adult) and had a good time

Skipping my way to Rica's house
Since I was so into skipping these days, Ibu asked me to skip my way to Rica's house for good practice. It was a good 10 minutes' skip before I stopped to catch my breath and strike a pose!
Once there, I played and ate strawberries with Rica and Rico in their back garden.

An ocean of experiences at Danmarks Akvarium, Charlottenlund
We went on a day out to an encounter with exotic fishes and marine creatures from the whole world at Denmark's Aquarium in Charlottenlund, located just outside Copenhagen.
It is noted for its collection of unusual fishes. Included among the more than 3,000 specimens of nearly 200 species of marine and freshwater fishes are lungfish, blind cave fish, mudskippers, electric eel, giant octopus, the primitive paddlefish from the United States and the Piranhas.
The Piranhas
We rested for a while at the cafetaria before going to visit the Charlottelund Slot and Strandpark
